The XL-S Nutrition slimming method
The XL-S Nutrition slimming method consists of slimming sustainably and without frustration.
- Slim, sustainably, without frustration or constraint
SLIM because a low calorie, high protein meal encourages your body to draw on its reserves of fat; SUSTAINABLY because good quality proteins preserve your muscle mass. Furthermore, an XL-S Nutrition day helps you to acquire and maintain good eating habits. Consequently, you avoid the yoyo effect; WITHOUT FRUSTRATION because your XL-S Nutrition slimming meal blends into a day of varied and balanced meals so enabling you to still enjoy the pleasure of eating.
- The XL-S Nutrition slimming day
An XL-S Nutrition day includes a balanced breakfast, an XL-S Nutrition slimming meal, a light XL-S Nutrition break and a balanced meal.
Breakfast comprises a drink, a milk product, light sugars and a fruit. For the XL-S Nutrition slimming meal, you have the choice between two selected sachets, a dish of fusilli, a cup, a cereal bar or a smooth drink. You can also add a yoghurt and a fruit. For a light XL-S Nutrition break you can have a drink sachet, a pleasure bar, one or two crunchy bites, a sachet of biscuits or a sachet of savoury snacks. Finish the day with a balanced meal composed of a main course, green vegetables and a milk product.
- The XL-S Nutrition program
In order to slim, XL-S Nutrition suggests a regime based on a complete cycle that can be repeated until you reach your ideal weight. Slimming is the first phase of the XL-S Nutrition program. It lasts from one to three weeks and includes an XL-S Nutrition meal once every day. The second phase of the program is the start of stabilisation, which lasts one to two weeks. It consists of an XL-S Nutrition meal to be taken every second day. The last phase is the stabilisation phase. For one to two weeks, you can take an XL-S Nutrition meal every three days.
Be conscientious – each step is essential. You can modify the duration but do not miss one step! In fact, after a low calorie diet, you must return progressively to a balanced diet to avoid the rebound effect.
